What to bring?
Torch light, toilet papers, towels, hiking shoes, sleeping bag, water bottle, loose fittings, mosquito repellent in summer time (March to September) and an umbrella in rainy season (June, July, August)
How to find us?
We are in Pokhara, the cleanest & 2nd largest city of Nepal, 200km west of the capital Kathmandu. We are away from the crowds and pollution of the city.
Sadhana Yoga sits in a nice little village called Sedi Bagar in the middle of nature overlooking views of Lake Fewa. This village is 2.5km west of the Lakeside, Pokhara.

Just walk along the lake, pass the Chetri's Sisters Guest House and Green Peace Lodge and a little bit further from Green Peace Lodge, you will find a way up to Sarankot. Stroll up the hill for some 10 minutes. It is a pleasant walk and you cannot miss us, because we are well signposted. We will definitely welcome you with a nice cup of herbal tea!
If you take a taxi from Lakeside, it will cost Rs.300 to Rs.400 to the bottom of the hill, then you have to walk up. If locals offer to guide you please ignore them - we are nicely signposted and you can easily find us yourself. If they guide you they might ask you lots of money to pay for 10 minutes of guidance. If you get lost, please contact us on 061-464-601, or 061-694-041. We are always available to answer.

Expect to pay approximately Rs. 500 to Rs. 550 from the airport or bus station direct to the lane leading to hill track to Sadhana Yoga. (taxi fare depends on the fluctuation of gas price)
