Course Overview

Drop in on any day of the week at 3 :00 to 5:00 pm and leave here on fifth day morning after breakfast.

    This is an excellent introduction to the principles of Hatha Yoga. You will learn many pre-asana (pre-posture) practices and more than 20 different Asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. You will also have the chance to experience yogic cleansing and achieve a deep state of relaxation through Meditation.

    This is one of the tailor-made courses especially for trekkers (though anyone is free to attend). Trekkers can come to Sadhana Yoga Retreat prior to their trek to stretch and strengthen their muscles and joints, learn breathing exercises to help with acclimatization and prepare mentally for the trek ahead by strengthening and focusing the mind through yoga and meditation practice.

Course Includes

Whole body massage, yoga teaching, 4 nights accommodation, dinner on the night of your arrival, clean water, breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast prior to your departure.


Arrival day

Chanting, evening yoga (one hour and half), dinner and candle light meditation


Second day, third day and forth day

You will follow all the program from morning meditation till candle night meditation after dinner. 


Fifth day

You will leave the centre after breakfast in the morning.
