Course Overview

Two days course is ideal, for both the beginners and advanced alike, to have the opportunity to participate in our highly effective yogic cleansing and stretching program.

It is our belief that even just by participating for one day of yogic cleansing and stretching this will aid in the restoration of harmony and balance to the body, mind and spirit. This in today’s modern society is a key aspect to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Enrollment

To attend this course you can drop in on any day of the week after 3 pm, whereby the following day you will complete the one day course and depart the morning after. You will participate chanting, evening yoga and candle light meditation on arrival evening as well.


Course includes

Yoga teaching, 2 nights accommodation, dinner on the night of your arrival, filtered water, breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast prior to your departure.

Note: no complimentary massage for this package, paid massage service is available on $25/-

Arrival day

Chanting, evening yoga (one hour and half), dinner and candle light meditation


Second day

You will follow all the program from morning meditation till candle night meditation after dinner. 


Third day

You will leave the center after breakfast in the morning.

Note: Your stay with us will be from the afternoon of your arrival day, the next whole day and last morning till breakfast there will be no programs on last morning. Please don't confuse the itinerary.

  4:30   chanting (bhakti yoga)
