Six days at Sadhana Yoga Retreat is ideal for those who are seeking a spiritually uplifting experience, looking to increase their physical fitness, achieving clarity of the mind, ditching any addictions you may have, overcoming fatigue and losing a few unwanted pounds.
This course will prepare you for a life of Yoga and positive psychological well being. You will learn and practice over 30 different asanas (postures) and many breathing techniques combined with Yogic Cleansing and deep relaxation. Don’t worry you do not have to be an expert in Yoga or Meditation to join this programme; this is for anyone who wants to be here and is willing to give 100% effort. We will never push you to do too much; you go at your own pace.
To attend this course you can join in on any day of the week after 4pm, whereby the following day you will start day one of the six day course and depart the morning after you have completed your 6th full day.
Course includes: Accommodation, dinner on the night of your arrival, clean water, breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner each day and breakfast on the day of your departure.
