YOGA & JUICE FASTING (4D/4N $198)

Course Overview

Fasting is a natural way of detoxifying the body. A combination of yoga meditation and fasting for three days is one of the easiest and safest ways of detoxifying the mind and body at Sadhana Yoga Retreat Centre. Participants will take part in all daily activities including yoga, meditation, and pranayamas (breathing exercises) during 3 days of fasting.

Course includes

Whole body massage, yoga teaching, 4 nights accommodation, dinner on the night of your arrival, filtered water, breakfast, tea, lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast prior to your departure.

Arrival Day

Chanting, evening yoga (one hour and half), dinner and candle light meditation

Second day, third day and forth day

You will follow all the program from morning meditation till candle light meditation after dinner. Please check this

Fifth day

You will leave the centre after breakfast in the morning.

To attend this course you can drop in on any day of the week after 3 pm or early.


Fasting Schedule

Second Day
Breakfast – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – 2 apples, honey lemon water and juice


Third Day

Breakfast – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – 1 apple, honey lemon water and juice


Forth Day

Breakfast – honey lemon water and juice
Lunch – honey lemon water and juice
Dinner – honey lemon water and juice


Fifth Day Morning

Special food called ‘Khichadi’ (yogic food) will be served as breakfast in the last morning to break the fasting prior to departure.
