To celebrate 14 years of the Sadhana Yoga Retreat, we are pleased to announce the new and improved Sadhana Yoga Holiday. A truly unique and transformational 10 day course (run on the 1st and 16th of every month) which allows you to completely submerge yourself into the deep rooted traditions and ancient arts of Yoga, Cleansing and Meditation through a systematic technique based on Yogic science and Asanga’s (the founding principal) wealth of experience.

Holidays are essential in everyone's life. The way we spend our holidays is even more important than the holidays themselves. They should relax, rejuvenate, revitalise and lift us up spiritually.

To meet this need for everyone around the world, Sadhana Yoga Retreat offers many different courses intended to help release tension in both the mind & body in order to allow complete rest and revitalisation. The 10 day Sadhana Yoga Holiday fits this criteria perfectly as our courses can be tailor made to meet your specific needs in order to achieve this rest and revitalisation.

Sadhana Yoga Holiday Routine

The two main yoga classes will be taught by the Principal teacher Asanga, whilst the rest of the programs like Chanting, Meditation, Karma Yoga and all the meals will be handled by the rest of our highly experienced team.

For the first 6 days you will do regular practices of yoga stretching, breathing, and meditation according to the following schedule:

7th , 8th and 9th day will be fasting and general practice of yoga.

10th day will be a total flushing day; Gastro-Intestinal Cleansing (Shankhaprakshalana) with complete rest and special diet afterwards. Morning of the 11th day at 8:30am is farewell breakfast and departure.

Package

    INCLUDES:
  • 10 days/11 nights.
  • Yoga and meditation teachings, accommodation with en-suite attached (two sharing per room), nutritious Ayurvedic and organic meals three times a day, snacks, herbal tea and filtered water, mud and steam baths and a warm and nurturing environment.
  • Fasting, gastro-intestinal flushing.
  • Course Manual.
  • Dinner on the day you arrive and breakfast on the day you depart.
    NOT INCLUDED:
  • Transport to and from the town centre, bus station or airport.
  • Extra services i.e. massage, facials etc.
  • Single room occupancies.

 

Cost

For this course including all the services mentioned above you pay US $450.00/-

You can pay either in dollar or amount equavalent to Nepali Rupees as per local exchange rate at the time of payment.
