DAILY ROUTINE OF SADHANA'S 10 DAY YOGA HOLIDAY

1. First 5 days will be regular practice of yoga stretching, breathing, and meditation according to this schedule.

07:00  Morning Walk
07:45  Tea Break
08:00  Yogic Cleansing
08:30  Morning Yoga
09:45  Breakfast
10:30  Mud or Steam bath

12:15  Meditation
1:00  Lunch
3:00  Talk
3:30  Karma Yoga
4:00  Tea Break
4:30  Chanting
5:30  Evening Yoga
7:00  Dinner
8:00  Retiring

2. Seventh day will be fasting and general practice of yoga.

3. 8th day will be total flushing day - Gastro intestinal cleansing (Shanksprakshalana) and total rest afterward.

4. 9th and 10th day back to yoga and intensive practice of breathing exercises. 10th day can be outdoor activities like going to hot spring or hike. This is optional - if you prefer, you can stay doing regular practice of yoga.

5. Morning of 11th day at 8:30 AM is farewell breakfast and departure.

6. This program begins tentatively 15th of of every month, so our clients have to arrive a night before, ie. 14th of the month at the centre. For the exact date, see schedule for 2010.
